I’ve explored the rugged peaks of the Lake District, breathed in the wild air of the Isle of Skye, wandered the remote sands of Harris and Lewis, and wound my way along the legendary NC500. Every trail, coastline, and mountain path has been a reminder: life doesn’t hit pause just because you’re tube-fed.

But the journey doesn’t stop there. I’ve got plans lined up, more road trips, hidden corners of the UK waiting to be discovered, and new challenges to tackle. Every adventure, past and future, carries the same message: we may rely on TPN, but we can still explore freely, live fully, and push our limits.
